You can put this solution on YOUR website!
6^(x+1) = 10
log6^(x+1)=log10
(x+1)log6=log10
xlog6+log6=log10
xlog6=log10-log6
x=(log10-log6)/(log6)
x=.285

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
+6%5Ex%2B1+=+10+
Subtract 1 from both sides
+6%5Ex+=+9+
Take the log of both sides
+x%2Alog%286%29+=+log%289%29+
+x+=+log%289%29%2Flog%286%29+
+x+=+.9542+%2F+.7782+
