You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let x be the smaller integer.
Let x+1 be the larger integer.
...
3 times smaller number plus 4 times larger number is 137.
3x+ 4(x+1)=137
3x+4x+4=137
7x=137-4
7x=133
x=133/7
x=19
x+1=20
...
Therefore, the two consecutive integers are 19 and 20.
