(X-4)^2 IS ALWAYS POSITIVE.
SO IF X(X-1)IS +VE THEN F(X) IS +VE.
THIS WILL HAPPEN IF BOTH X AND X-1 ARE +VE...OR...IF BOTH ARE -VE.
THAT IS X>0 AND X>1...THAT IS WHEN X>1
OR....X<0 AND X-1<0....THAT IS WHEN X<0
HENCE X IS (-INFINITY,0) AND (1,INFINITY)
