Multiply each of the individual terms in the brackets by 8pq%5E2
16p%5E2q%5E3-24p%5E2q%5E2%2B40pq%5E3
Thats it!
If you had more than one similar term, for example, 3a%5E2b%5E3%2B4a%5E2b%5E3 you should add them to make one term 7a%5E2b%5E3, but this has not occured in the result above.
