You can put this solution on YOUR website! P(male or blue) = P(male) + P(blue) - P(male and blue).
P(male) = 23/43
P(blue) = 25/43
P(male and blue) = 10/43
So P(male or blue) = 23/43 + 25/43 - 10/43 = 38/43
You could also have found the probability of it being neither, so being female and green, and subtracted that (5/43) from 1.
