..
solve for 2 conditions:
1) Both sides of equation equal to each other.
2) One side is negative of the other.
..
For 1)
(2/3)(3-2x)=(1/4)(x-4)+2
multiply by 12
8(3-2x)=3(x-4)+24
24-16x=3x-12=24
-19x=-12
x=12/19
..
For 2)
(2/3)(-3+2x)=(1/4)(x-4)+2
multiply by 12
8(-3+2x)=3(x-4)+24
-24+16x=3x-12+24
13x=36
x=36/13
ans:
x=12/19,36/13
