You can put this solution on YOUR website! Which value of x makes the equation true?
3x^2 + 14x + 5 = 0
----------------
Quadratic Formula:
x = [-14 +- sqrt(14^2-4*3*5)]/(2*3)
---
x = [-14 +- sqrt(136)]/6
---
x = [-14 +- 2sqrt(34)}/6
============================
x = [-7+sqrt(34)]/3 or x = [-7-sqrt(34)]/3
================================
Notice: I think you either posted the wrong
equation or the wrong set of answers.
