F means first * first = 2x*3x = 6x^2
O means outer (1st times last) = 2x*5 = 10x
I means inner (2nd times 1st) = -1*3x = -3x
L means last * last = -1*5 = -5
----
Combine those four results to get:
6x^2 +7x -5
