Question 437479: This is a stumper of a probability question.....There are 6 models of a new car. It comes in 14 different colors. If I want 6 cars and they want to know if I have any color preferences, I say no, I don't care as long as they are different colors-how many possible shipments could they send me?
I have tried combinations and I know it is not a permutation. Could it be 14*13**12*11*10*9...Help PLEASE!!! Found 2 solutions by rwm, solver91311:Answer by rwm(914) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The question is poorly worded
There are six models and 14 colors
You only dealt with the colors and not 6 models.
You are allowing duplicates of models.
