By the definition of absolute value we have:-7%3C=x-9%3C=7, solving this two
equivalent inequalities have:x-9%3E=-7 => x%3E=2, and
x-9%3C=7 => x%3C=16. In interval notation the solution is:
(-infinity, 16]U[2, infinity)
