a) the difference in the overall length of the SAR 21 as compared to the M-16, as a percentage of SAR 21's length, and,
b) the difference in the mass of he M-16 as compared with the SAR 21, as a percentage of M-16's mass.

The SAR-21 is Singaporean combination with the Tar - 21 and the AR - 15. The appearance is like the Tar -21 or the Tavor. But the cartridge is 5.56 x 45mm Nato which is similar like the AR 15. If your talking about the M16 which was use in 1960, the length is 101 cm. While the SAR 21 is 80.5 cm.
a.SAR-21= 80.5
M16= 101
80.5/101=0.7970029......
The SAR 21 is approximately 79 percent of the length of the M16 Rifle.
b. M16=4.06kg
Sar 21=3.98
4.06/3.98= 1.02........
The M16 is approximately 102 percent of the weight of the SAR 21 Bullpup Rifle.
