cross multiply
1+z4)^4*94.3407=101.95*1
(1+z4)^4=101.95/94.3407=1.08065
take the 4th root or raise both sides to the power of 1/4 or .25
1+z4=1.01958
z4=1.01958-1=.01958 Ans
