(2+i)/(1-3i)
Multiply numerator and denominator by the conjugate
of the denominator which is (1+3i).
[(2+i)(1+3i)]/[(1-3i)(1+3i)]
= [2+7i-3]/[1+9]
=[-1+7i]/10
