You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Given the polynomial function f(x). find the rational zeros. then the other zeros and factor f(x) into linear factors:
f(x)= x^3 + 5x^2 +25x + 125
------------------------------
x^3 + 5x^2 +25x + 125 = 0
------
I graphed it and found a zero at x = -5
---
To find the other solutiions use synthetic division:
-5)....1....5....25....125
........1....0....25....|..0
Quotient: x^2+25
Solve that quadratic:
x^2+25 = 0
(x+5i)(x-5i) = 0
x = -5i or x = -5i or x = -5
