= 16t^2(4t^18) {took everything in first parentheses to the 2nd and everything in 2nd set to the 2nd}
= 64t^20 {multiplied and added exponents when multiplying}

^16 sqrt (-6)^16
I assume you mean "the sixteenth root of negative six to the sixteenth power"
= -6 {the sixteenth root and sixteenth power cancel each other out}
