You can put this solution on YOUR website!
sec^4x – sec^2x = tan^4x + tan^2x
Multiply by cos^4
1 - cos^2 = sin^4 +sin^2cos^2
sin^2 = sin^4 + sin^2cos^2
Divide by sin^2
1 = sin^2 + cos^2
-----------------
Eliminate any terms that are not sines and cosines.
Change everything that's left to sines and cosines.

Having someone do these for you won't help.
