Hi

 x = 5-2y      |55/11-20/11 = 35/11

 4x-3y=10

 4(5-2y) - 3y = 10

     -11y = -10

       y = 10/11  and x = 35/11  Ordered pair (35/11,10/11) the solution

 4x-3y=10

 140/11 - 30/11 = 110/11 = 10
