Hi
3600sec = 1hr and 5280ft = 1mi
200 feet in five seconds is 200/5 = 40ft/sec = 40ft*3600/hr = 144,000ft/hr
144,000ft/5280ft = 27.27mi .... 144,000ft/hr = 27.27mi/hr

Convert feet to miles:
1 mile = 5280 feet
Convert seconds to hours:
60 sec/min * 60 min/hr = 3600 sec/hr
So we have
200 feet/5 sec * (1 mile/5280 feet)* 3600 sec/hr = (200/5280)(3600/5) = 27.27 mile/hr
