Yes, you will have to diagram this properly, but if you do, you will have a triangle with angles 45, 115, and 20 degrees.
Then use the law of sines...
sin 20 / 640 = sin 45 / x
from which you can find
x = 1323 mi
Divide that by 320 mph and get
time = 4.13 hours
