You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Okay from
(-9)(5)/-3
multiply the top first, then divide by -3, we get
-45 / -3 =
15

You will need to apply the order of operations which is the order in which a problem is solved. Listed under "PEMDAS" is the order of operations:
P = Parenthesis first
E = Exponents or radicals next
M or D = Multiplication or Division (whichever comes first)
A or S = Addition or Sbtraction (whichever comes first)
.
This problem only involves two operations: multiplication and division:
So according to PEMDAS, do the multiplication first and than the division.
(-9)(5)/-3
=(-45)/-3
.
Do the division next:
Answer: 15
