You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1st: 3x-6y=9
2nd: 2x+y=6
Multiply 2nd by 6 to get:
1st: 3x-6y=9
2nd: 12x+6y=36
Add the two equations to get:
15x=45
x=3
Substitute to solve for "y", as follows:
3(3)-6y=9
9-6y=9
y=0
Solution: x=3 and y=0
