900 draws

mean = .2*900 = 180 7's expected

SD = sqrt(900*.55*.45) = 12

P(more than 160 7's) that is somewhat less than everything to the right of z = -2, 

or (P = 98%)which would be P(more than 156 7's)

Estimate would be somewhat less than the .98 or 98%.
