Well first, if you're looking for slope and y intercept, you'd need to put the term into slope-intercept form.
To do that, you either need the slope and a point, or 2 points. If you can find another point on the line, I'd be happy to answer this!

(-4,-10) is a point, not a line.
It has no slope, and no y-intercept.
