You can put this solution on YOUR website! Simply isolate x in the same manner you isolate a variable in some equation. However, if you multiply or divide both sides by a negative number, you have to flip the inequality sign (for example, 3 > 2, but -3 < -2). For example, if you're given x+14 < -5, subtract 14 from both sides to get x < -19.
