+4x-2=3y-1+
Add 1 to both sides
+4x+-+2+%2B+1+=+3y+-+1+%2B+1+
4x+-+1+=+3y+
Divide both sides by 3
+%284%2F3%29%2Ax+-+1%2F3+=+y+
Now just write it with y on the left side
y+=+%284%2F3%29%2Ax+-+1%2F3+
