First find the slope of this line, then find its negative reciprocal for the perpendicular...so we have
m = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)
m = (-4 - 5) / (-3 - 0)
m = -9 / -3 = 3
Thus the perpendicular slope is -1/3
