wind velocity y
going speed =x+y
returning speed =x-y
1024/(x+y)=4
or 4(x+y)=1024
x+y=256
return 1024/(x-y)=8
8(x-y)=1024
x-y=128
x+y=256

D = r*t or
4(x+w) = 1024
8(x-w) = 1024

x+w = 1024/4 = 256
x-w = 1024/8 = 128
2x = 384
x = 192, the jet speed, the wind speed is 64
