The modern world has little use for them...oh you see them now and again, like when they give the dates of movies as MCMLXXXV for 1985, or for Super Bowls...but there is very little practical use...doing math in them is very clumsy...
You might be asked to do some basic exercises, but that's about it...

Not really, only if you buy a clock that's in Roman numeral form.

Practically ALWAYS you will use arabic numerals.

May be, two or three times in your life you will see roman numerals, if you visit some museum, like British Museum in London.
