0.05x + 1.00(95 - x) = 0.89*95
==> 0.05x + 95 - x = 84.55
==> -0.95x = -10.45
==> x = 11 liters, the amount of 5% acid solution, and
95 - x = 84 liters, the amount of 89% acid solution.
