The x-intercept is (4, 0) and y-intercept is (0, 3) Using test-point (0,0) we have: 3%2A0%2B4%2A0%3C=12
0%3C=12 its true, thus the closed half-plane which include the point (0,0) is the solution set.In the figure is shaded with red color.
