Question 427169: I am really struggling with this problem. I can not figure out the fractions.
m=5/6, (3,-1) i know the problem get set up like this
y-(-1)=(5/6)(x-3)
Y+1=5/6x-3 here is where I get lost please help woth step by step and explain how

The equation would be the following.
y=mx+b
-1=5/6*3+b
-1=15/6+b
-1=2.5+b
b=-3.5
----------
y=5/6x-3.5
--------------
plot using point slope
start from (3,-1) count 6 right and 5 up for next point
repeat the same from there.
