You can put this solution on YOUR website! 140/20=$7/lb. for "Hazilla"
m+n=20
4m+9n=140
4m+4n=80
5n=60
n=12
m=8
You need 8 lbs. of hazelnut and 12 lbs. of french vanilla to make your "hazilla"

And no, you can't make a mixture for $3.75/lb. because your cheapest ingredient, hazelnut, by itself costs more than that. The only way you can save money is to use negative amounts, which doesn't make for very good ice cream..
