Question 42560: Please help me with this! Find the equation of a circle with it's center on line x+y=4, that is tangent to both coordinate axis. Answer by fractalier(6550) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! The center must be at (2, 2) then...you said it was tangent to both axes, thus it must be equidistant from both...two units...the equation of the circle must be
(x-2)^2 + (y-2)^2 = 4
