You can put this solution on YOUR website! multiply 2nd equation by -2 and add to 1st equation
___ this will eliminate the x terms, because the coefficients will have the same number but different signs
[-2x + 4y] + [2x - 3y] = [-4] + [8]
y = 4
substitute the value of y into one of the equations to find x
