no. of ways to select 2 scoops of ice cream =

no. of ways when both have same flavour + no. of ways when both have different flavours
= 16C1 + 16C2
= 16 + 120
= 136
no. of ways to topping = 4C1 = 4

total no. of possible sundaes = 136 * 4
= 544
