log(4) (m-3) + log(4) (m+3)=2
we combine the left side and then exponentiate to the power four and get
log(4) [(m-3)(m+3)] = 2
(m-3)(m+3) = 16
m^2 - 9 = 16
m^2 = 25
m = ±5
but -5 is not allowed, so
m = 5
