No; the correct answers are 2.5 and 2.51 respectively.

Remember:
For division with 10 (1 zero after 1) the decimal point shifts one place to the left and for that with 100 (2 zeros after 1) the decimal point shifts 2 places to the left. Similarly, it shifts 4 places to the left while dividing with 10000 (4 zero after 1)
