secA+TanA divided by secA-TanA I believe this is your question.
I am using A instead of theta as it is easier to type.
secA =1/cosA TanA=SinA/CosA
1/cosA +sinA/cosA= (1+sinA)/CosA
and 1/cosA-SinA/CosA= (1-SinA)/cosA
If you divide CosA cancels out and we have (1+sinA)/(1-SinA) is the answer.
