SOLUTION: divide and simplify
2x^2-7x-15/x^2-4 divided by 10x+15/x^2-4
i know you have to multiply by the reciprocal which cancels out the x^2-4.
i am now stuck on the rest of the probl

You can put this solution on YOUR website! divide and simplify
2x^2-7x-15/x^2-4 divided by 10x+15/x^2-4
i know you have to multiply by the reciprocal which cancels out the x^2-4.
----
Having canceled the (x^2-4) you have:
(2x^2-7x-15)/(10x+15)
-----
= (2x^2-10x+3x-15)/(5(2x+3))
---
= (2x(x-5)+3(x-5))/(5(2x+3))
----
= ((x-5)(2x+3))/(5(2x+3))
----
= (x-5)/5
