x^2 -x -6
= x^2 -3x +2x -6
= x(x-3) +2(x-3)
=(x+2)(x-3)
x^2 -2x -3
= x^2 -3x +x -3
=x(x-3) +1(x-3)
=(x+1)(x-3)
here (x-3) will cancel due to on numerator and denominator ...
answer is : (x+2) / (x+1)
