Subtract Ax from both sides
By+=+-Ax+%2B+C
+y+=+-%28A%2FB%29%2Ax+%2B+C%2FB+
The form is now y+=+mx+%2B+b and
-%28A%2FB%29+=+m
C%2FB+=+b

example:
7x+%2B+23y+=+11
-A%2FB+=+-7%2F23
C%2FB+=+11%2F23
so,
y+=+-%287%2F23%29%2Ax+%2B+11%2F23
