Perhaps you wrote the equation down wrong? Is it actually 25x%5E2%2B20x%2B4?
If so, then we recognize 25x^2 as (5x)^2 and 4 as 2^2. The factorization will be of the form (a+b)(a+b). In this case a = 5x, b = 2.
Ans: %285x%2B2%29%285x%2B2%29+=+%285x%2B2%29%5E2
Use FOIL to check.
