You can put this solution on YOUR website!
There are 250 choices for the first slot, 249 choices for the second, and 248 for the third. Multiply these values to get 250*249*248 = 15438000


So there are 15438000 different outcomes.


Note: you can use the permutation formula, but it gets a bit cumbersome (even with a calculator).
