You can put this solution on YOUR website!
one number = x
other number is = x -1
sum = x + x-1 = 2x -1
difference = x - (x-1) = x-x+1 = 1
given, The difference between two numbers is 4 less than their sum.
==> 1 = 2x -1 -4
==> 1 = 2x - 5
==> 1 +5 = 2x - 5 + 5

==> 6 = 2x
==> x = 3
one number is 3 and other number is 2
