Hi
Let x and (x+4) represent the unit and ten's digit respectively
Question states***
(x+4) + x = (1/5)[10(x+4) + x] -5
Solving for x
2x + 4 = (1/5)(11x + 40) - 5
2x = (1/5)(11x + 40) - 9
10x = 11x + 40 - 45
5 = x, the unit digit, the ten digit is 9, the number is 95
CHECKING our Answer***
14 = 1/5*95 - 5 = 19 - 5 = 14
