Begin by adding +x to each side.
2c - x + x = 4x + x + c - 5b
2c = 5x + c - 5b

Next add -c and +5b to each side of the equation.
2c - c + 5b = 5x + c - 5b - c + 5b

c + 5b = 5x

Divide both sides by 5
