Is 1/2x  (1/2)x? or 1/(2x)? 
Use parentheses to eliminate ambiguities.

Anyway, 
(1/2x+2) = 4 
and  
(3y-2) = -7

You can figure it out from that.  The real coefficients are equal, and the coefficients of the imaginary parts are equal.
