You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You can't. We have a%5E2+%2B+b%5E2+=+c%5E2 for some constant c, and all such ordered pairs (a,b) lie on a circle of radius c (i.e. infinitely many pairs). Assuming the coordinates are positive, the ordered pairs would lie on the first quadrant, or one fourth of the circle.
