Length of radius r=sqrt%28%28c-a%29%5E2+%2B+%28d-b%29%5E2%29
Since the diameter divides the circle into 2 equal halves, its midpoint is the center of the circle

And equation of the circle is %28%28X-%28a%2Bc%29%2F2%29%5E2+%2B+%28Y-%28b%2Bd%29%2F2%29%5E2%29=+r%5E2
