Find total number of hours needed first.
hours per day * days per week * number of tvs
4.5 * 7 * 680 = 21420
21420 is the total hours needed
take total hours and divide by 3 gives you total cans needed to be recycled.
21420/3 = 7140 is the total number of cans needed.
